The Campsite

The Campsite Les Fontaines offers 160 spacious pitches (160 m2 in average) delimited by hedges of small trees.  124 pitches are equipped with 10 ampere electricity.

We also offer rental of mobile homes which can cater for up to 6 persons.

The Campsite Les Fontaines offers you a new swimming pool of 200m², a splash pool for children and a solarium of 600m².

The snack bar "Las Olas" offers entertainment, loto, kareoke, dancing, disco as well as dinners on set dates. Come and have a drink in the bar and enjoy the ambiance.

A sports field (volley-ball, soccer), a playground for children and table tennis are also available to you.
Next to the Campsite Les Fontaines, and exclusively reserved for its use, is a mini farm where your children may visit it all day to pet the animals: goats, sheep, donkeys, ponies, chickens, ducks, rabbits… In the morning they will have the opportunity to go with the farmer to feed and take care of the animals, collect eggs, brush the donkeys and the ponies…

You are also invited to bring your horses which will be kept in the surrounding field. From the campsite you will be able to walk around the vast and magnificent lake of Canet Saint Nazaire in the natural reserve to discover the rich fauna and flora. Hiking in the nearby Pyrenean Mountains is also possible.

The Campsite Les Fontaines is situated in a natural reserve and if you are passionate about ornithology and photography, you will have the pleasure of discovering and observing the vast diversity of sedentary or migratory birds that inhabit the lake of Canet Saint Nazaire.

Ideally situated in a migratory route between Africa and Europe, more than 200 species of birds have been spotted on this site among which can be quoted as some of the most remarkable such as storks, the fishing balbuzards, the white spatulas, the pink flamingos, the kingfishers, bee-eaters, hoopoes, orioles, rolliers, aigrettes and a vast variety of ducks.
